Choosing a veterinarian for our pets is a challenging task. One of the attributes that people consider before choosing a veterinarian is his or her attitude towards pets. But for dog owners, what is essential for them is the ability of the veterinarian to address the issues of their dogs. This veterinarian from Colorado, though, transcends expectation as he goes the extra mile to pamper his patients.

Dr. Ross Henderson is an animal doctor specializing in surgery for dogs. He often meets patients who have problems with their bodies, thereby needing surgery. Dr. Ross became the talk of the town when his video serenading an anxious pup went viral.

According to Dr. Ross, the anxious dog was about to undergo surgery. Since he noticed that the pooch was afraid, Dr. Ross decided to sing a song to ease the dog’s tension. In the viral video, Dr. Ross performed Elvis Presley’s hit, Can’t Help Falling In Love. He shared that he likes this song so much.

Dr. Ross is a famous animal doctor because of his ability to calm scared dogs. He suddenly became popular among dog owners because of his combined good looks and charming personality. But more than this, his skills in the field of veterinary medicine are likewise above par.

Now five years in the veterinary medicine field, Dr. Ross is a second-generation veterinarian in the family. His father, Dr. Anthony Henderson, is also a veterinarian. According to him, he appreciated what his father did when he was growing up. This is the reason why he also took the same route as his father.

For Dr. Ross, there should be different kinds of approaches in calming dogs. His way is through music because he believes that he is good at this aspect. He did not expect, though, that he will be famous because of the viral video.

Sometimes your patient just needs you to go the extra mile to make them feel comfortable when they're here for the day to have surgery. Dr. Ross has mastered the technique and sweet Ruby was so thankful for that ❤ #FoxHollowVet
